The YMCA in Westfield offers Water Fitness classes at the Westfield Aquatic Center. These Shallow Water Aerobics classes focus on high-intensity training; combining cardiovascular and muscle conditioning. This is a great workout for those who want all the intensity of a land based workout without the impact. This class is for all ages 11 and up and all fitness levels. The instructor will give modifications to each move.
